Box offers support services to help the customer resolve issues (“Support Services”). Support services do not include (a) the physical installation or removal of the API, box software, and any documentation; (b) visits to the customer`s website; (c) all professional services associated with the boxing service, including but not limited to personalised development, data modelling, training and knowledge transfer; or (d) the configuration, configuration and use of the box service. The provision of Professional Services by Box, if any, is subject to the performance of a Supplement to Professional Services (“PSO Supplement”) to this Agreement by the parties and payment of applicable fees. By entering into an order form under this Agreement, a Related Company agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as if it were an initial part of the Agreement.1.10 “Subscriber Data” means all data posted online in the Service or otherwise for processing by the Service by the Service, by or on your behalf by you and your related companies, in accordance with this association. 1.12 “Technical Support Services” means email support, 2 hours of response time and access to all of our online resources. Technical Support Opening Hours: 5am to 11pm UTC (9pm to 3pm PST).13 “We” or “Us” or “Our” means Improvado. 1.14 “you” or “your” or “subscriber” means the customer referred to in the Service Agreement, the person who indicates acceptance of this Agreement or where the person giving consent is acting on behalf of a business or other legal person, such company or legal person. 14.
