Patrick Quinn has been building, repairing and restoring stringed instruments for many years. In the spring of 2000, Patrick graduated from the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery where he received practical and theoretical training in acoustic and electric guitar construction and repair.
Patrick has built several unique guitars including a remake of an old Martin parlor from the 1870's.†† He also restores and repairs an array of instruments including banjos, mandolins, electric basses, fiddles, dobros, as well as electric and acoustic guitars.†
Patrick has been with the Blue Guitar since 2000. He enjoys working with the talented luthiers of the Blue Guitar and takes pleasure in interacting with all the customers who travel from near and far to have their instruments worked on.
When he is not at his workbench he can be found playing acoustic music from bluegrass, jazz, blues, to old-timey and original singer-songwriter compositions
